Hi! I’m Suzanne Bleakley, Director and Founder of Grace and Grind. I'm also a certified Executive Coach, Human Resource Specialist and Yoga Teacher.

Just like your body, mind and soul, your career and the lifestyle you lead can sometimes need revitalizing, or even just a moment to reflect and re-assess. You may feel stuck or unhappy in your current job, you may be transitioning through a big stage in your life and need additional support or you might quite like your job but you find yourself wanting more but you’re unsure what that is.

If this sounds like you, then this is where Grace and Grind career and lifestyle services can help.

Career & Life Coaching Brisbane
SAMANTHA RUSH, EXECUTIVE MANAGER

Have you fallen into a career that doesn't fulfil you?

Do you want to stand out from the crowd and  take your career or your life pursuits to the next level?

Do you struggle asking for what you really want and prioritising your needs?

Do you feel lost, unsure of who you are, what's important to you or what you stand for?

Are you transitioning to a new career or returning from a long period of leave (e.g. parental leave, career break)?

Are you fearful of asking for a pay raise but deep down it is constantly nagging at you?

Do you want to give yourself permission to feel valued, show yourself compassion and live fully?

Do you have goals that you just don’t know where to start with or how to go about achieving them?

Are you at a stage in your career where you wake up each day and think "surely there is more than this"?

Well then I GET YOU! I have been through every single one of these things in my career and helped countless other people with these situations.

SUZANNE WILLIAMS
CAREER & LIFESTYLE COACH

“Suz helped me through a really rough time at work by providing advice on how to better manage a situation that had shattered my confidence. I'm now much better at having honest conversations, even when they are hard, standing up for myself in the workplace (I asked for more money this year, something I would not usually have done) and putting myself higher on the list, rather than on the bottom.”
