DELIVERY OF SERVICES

​

You will receive invoices for your coaching via email, monthly, in advance of the next month’s coaching.  Your coaching fees are payable within 7 days of the service commencement.  Our payment system is set up to send you reminders beginning from one week should you not make your payment.

​

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING A SERVICE

 

Where you have pre-booked coaching sessions, your session time is reserved especially for you with preparation done by both yourself and the Grace and Grind team ahead of time.  We value our time together and know you will too by respecting and honouring your appointment.

​

We understand that sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session.  Wherever possible you are requested to give as much notice as you can to change your appointment. If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, it will be deemed as complete and the session will be considered as forfeit. 

​

If you arrive or are late for your appointment please be aware that due to other coaching appointments that may be scheduled, your session time may not be extended.  If you are going to be more than ten minutes late for your session it is greatly appreciated if you could please notify the Grace and Grind team with as much notice as possible.        

​

COACHING PROGRAM COMMITMENT

​

For client's that have engaged in a coaching program, once we begin our coaching series we consider to be fully committed to you and your success.  We know you will be committed to yourself as well.

​

This commitment includes you participating in the entire coaching series from start to finish, including the financial commitment that accompanies that.

​

If after the first full session you feel that a coaching series is no longer right for you, we  will gladly refund you the next session in the month you are yet to have, (if there is one outstanding), and release you from your coaching commitment.  However, once we have moved into session two, we are in all the way.  No part of your coaching series is refundable past session one.    

​

If during your coaching program, as an expert in this field, we believe that you may not be able to achieve the results you are seeking, we reserve the right to cancel the program and release you from any further commitment. If we choose to make this decision you will still be able to participate up to the point of what you have paid for in advance or we will process a refund for future sessions that are yet to be completed.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

​

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

graceandgrind.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

All online e-book and template sales are final. Should the product received be damaged or not as described the consumer will be entitled to a full refund. 

 

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return (change of mind is not a valid reason for requesting a refund). If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of graceandgrind.com.au
